How Long Does Counselling Take?
The length of counselling depends on what issues you are facing. Most people make considerable improvement in their lives in as little as four to eight sessions.
How Much Does Counselling Cost?
Counselling is an investment in yourself. I charge $140 per individual counselling session (50 mins) or $200 per counselling session (50 mins) for couples . I also offer extended sessions for couples. These sessions are 80 minutes long and cost $240. Evening sessions are also available and cost on additional $20. This investment in yourself or your relationship can save much stress and unhappiness in the future.
What Is Your Success Rate?
It is difficult to clearly state success rates in counselling as everyone has a different definition of success. Most people report significant positive changes in their lives after four to eight counselling sessions.
Counselling has not worked for us previously. Why should this be different?
I am a highly effective counsellor. I have described some of the ways that I am unique above. Sometimes counselling does not work as a person is not fully ready for change. If you are unsure if counselling will work, ask yourself if you are ready for change. If you are, I will be able to help you achieve the changes you want to make.
Where Are You Located?
I am located at 433 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland. There is parking in front of my building. If you are unable to get to Takapuna I also use Skype to provide online counselling for individuals or couples.
When Are Your Available?
I can offer appointments between 8am to 8:15pm, Monday to Friday (not all sessions available all days). You can check the exact time when sessions are available using my online booking system.
